With the rapid growth of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Intelligent Recommendations leverages algorithms that analyze customer behavior and display items they may want to purchase from your SuiteCommerce Web Store. This tool also helps your sales representatives identify relevant items to add to Sales Orders, Estimates, or Opportunity records.

To give you a brief overview of how Intelligent Item Recommendations work, they are based on customers' shopping behavior, such as the items currently in their cart (web store) and their Purchase History data available in your NetSuite account.
