Order Management>Fulfill Order Page Use Third Party Billing

We have orders we need to fulfill through the Order Management>Fulfill Order Page process for efficiency but there is no way to set the 3rd Party Billing Type to Bill Third Party and the Set To feature doesn't actually set the field to what I need.

Has anyone had any luck doing this? How are others fulfilling orders via Third Party when you have hundreds or over 1,000 orders in a day that need to be filled?
