Automatic Location Assignment not assigning locations to the sales order items

Hi,

I have a scenario, where the ALA is not assigning the location at the sales order item level, even though there is enough available inventory for the specific item at the locations configured for the ALA. Attaching the document, showing the screenshots of the configurations for:

locations, inventory item, Automatic Location Configuration setups, and example sales order errors.

Please help.
