NSC | Intelligent Item Recommendations Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Question:
- User is trying to use Intelligent Item Recommendations when creating a new Sales Order. On the Create Sales Order page, clicking on the "Intelligent Recommendations" button. Within the Intelligent Recommendations popup, user is updating the quantity on an item and clicking "Add & Close." Afterwards, an error message appears stating "Please choose an item to add."
- User is using Customer Center Role or Portal for this instance.
Answer:
- Customer Center role is not supported for Intelligent Recommendations, and it is confirmed a system limitation.

- Is there any reporting available that helps measure the performance of the Intelligent Recommendations Feature?
