Fixing Contracts' Renewal Module not to overwriting standard functionality

Guys hi…

We are wondering about the Contracts Management Module.

We have downloaded the relevant bundle but as we can see all the forms (even the standard) have been overwrite with Contracts Renewal Module fields. For example, while creating a Sales Order, in line items the "Rate" field has been overwritten with the "List Price" field which is Contract related.

Could you please assist how we can setup correctly in order for the Contracts' module not to overwrite the system's standard functionalities???
