How to change Uplift percentage in Subscriptions Renewal?

Hi

Scenario:
I create a subscription plan and add a PriceBook with Product-A
Is it possible to change the Renewal Uplift percent each year and that will affect all the subscriptions belonging to that plan

Subscription plan 1:
Year 2020
Price book
Product-A $1000

Year 2021
Renewal uplift 10%
Price book
Product-A $1100 (new price)

Year 2022
Renewal uplift 5%
Price book
Product-A $1155 (new price)


Subscription Customer 1
2020
Product-A $1000 (Fetched from pricebook)

2021
Product-A $1100 (Increased with 10% fetched from the subscription plan 1 and calculated from the price from previous year of this subscription)

2022
Product-A $1155 (Increased with 5% fetched from the subscription plan 1 and calculated from the price from previous year of this subscription)
