Connection to the bank issues

Our connection to our bank is all set up and was working but now when trying to troubleshoot and restore the connection as it seems to be broken, we keep getting an error screen with the wording 'Error, something went wrong.'

Unsure on how to fix this as its causing major issues in our day to day working and reconciliations.
