Positive Pay for checks with Bank of America

WHAT HAVE WE COMPLETED

  1. We have completed the process to add the Payment Menu and setup our eight accounts that we generate checks from.
  2. We can manually create the file using NetSuite tools and file template to create the proper file format for Bank of America and then placing all of these files in a proper folder.

We are now working on the last two major steps to executing the Positive Pay:

  1. Ability to provide Bank of America with access to our system and provide the folder location in the cabinet to access the check files
  2. We are still unsure how to automate the process of generating a output file for Bank of America.
