custom role cannot download payment file

Hi Gurus,

A user gets the "page not found" error when trying to download the payment file.

  • The folder containing the file only has restriction on subsidiary.
    • All 3 roles of the user have access to that subsidiary set for the folder.
  • All 3 roles have Edit permission for Payment File Administration, and have Full permission for Documents and Files.
  • User is able to download file attachments from documents.
    • Only having trouble downloading payment file.
  • If we use one of the user's roles, we're able to download the payment file.

What could be causing the user's issue?
