FAM Asset proposal with hierarchically organized custom segments doesn't work

Dear community / gurus, I have following problem with FAM Asset proposal feature:

When an asset proposal process is used to generate asset and it contains 2 or more custom segments that are hierarchically organized, then following error appears for the value of second level custom segment:

GENERATION_ERROR: INVALID_FLD_VALUE: You have entered an Invalid Field Value 3 for the following field: cseg_fam_install

Importing assets via CSV or creating assets via UI with same values for customs segments works correctly.

If second level custom segment is left empty then Asset proposal works correctly.
