How to edit a locked list?

We have recently introduced a new Opportunity Record Type and Opportunity Type in Salesforce. When pushing these opps to Netsuite through our celigo integration, it produces the the following error:

After speaking with Celigo, they have confirmed this error is due to Netsuite not having the "Cross-Sell" value in its Order Type List. When I try to go into that list in Netsuite and add the value, it showing up as locked:

Following the breadcrumbs to the Transaction Body field, I found that this field is part of a bundle installed by someone at Netsuite during the time of implementation.
