Delete PO partially received in past years

I would like to know your suggestion regarding PO partially received or partially billed in past years (2021,2022,2023). should I cancel it or delete these? and what is the best procedure to clean these PO's if the account periods are closed. Thanks, I appreciate your support and guide.
