Is there a way to update a segment on a budget line if this was forgotten before saving.

I have a customer that created a budget and forgot to assign an account to a specific department. Ideally, she would like to edit the budget and assign the department. However, when she selects the forgotten line and tries to select the department, NS refreshes the page with the lines that already have the department assigned.
