Workflow Set Field Value

We have a custom form and want to be able to check an "add prep work" box that will auto-fill the prep items with a number of prep hours for each. We have the checkbox and all applicable fields available, but I'm struggling to get the workflow to operate.

Example: Add Prep Work = Checked —> would add 4 hours of caulking
