Saved Search Email Alert When Records Are Created Only Contains First Result

Hello Gurus,

I have a saved search that will send email alert when an item fulfillment containing lot(s) expiring within 12 months is created. The results from the saved search are correct. However, the email alerts only contain the first lot the meets the search criteria. Is it possible to display all the lots information if the IF contains multiple lots expiring within 12 months?

I also tried workflow and the email I received contains only 1 single lot information as well.

Any suggestions? Or I have to go with scripting?
