NetSuite Admin Tip | Locking Timesheet Periods
As an Account Administrator, you have the power to control and manage Timesheets, ensuring a streamlined process for tracking time entries. One of the essential tools at your disposal is the ability to lock Timesheet, which can be incredibly useful for maintaining accurate records and efficient time management.
Here's how it works: you can disable time entry submissions, edits, or additions for specific time periods. This feature offers flexibility by allowing you to choose between locking periods by closed fiscal periods, weekly, or monthly, depending on your organization's needs.
You may lock your timesheets by navigating to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preference
