Items stuck in Outbound Staging – Unable to Fulfill After Pickin
Hello NetSuite Community,
We are experiencing an issue where sales orders get stuck in "Outbound Staging" after picking, preventing fulfillment. Here’s an overview of the problem:
Issue Description:
- Standard Workflow:
- Sales orders are picked from inventory bins.
- Items move to Outbound Staging (Bin 32) for packing and shipping.
- Orders should then be fulfilled and marked as Shipped.
- Current Problem:
- Orders remain stuck in Outbound Staging instead of transitioning to the Pack or Ship stage.
- The system doesn’t recognize the items as available for fulfillment.
- When attempting to fulfill, NetSuite either:
- Shows the error
"You only have 1 available. Please enter a different quantity."
- Shows the error
