Incorrect Value of Asset listing report and Asset register report

edited Jun 12, 2025 6:59PM in Ask A Guru 3 comments

Hi Team,

While reconciling the GL and Asset reports, we noticed discrepancies in the reported values.

The Asset Register Report displays incorrect values for:
Opening Depreciation
Opening Net Book Value
Closing Net Book Value

The Asset Listing Report shows incorrect values for:
Accumulated Depreciation
Net Book Value (NBV)

Previously, the reports matched until October 2024, but from November 2024 onwards, the reports began displaying incorrect values. A few days later, when we re-ran the October 2024 report, it also showed incorrect data.

Upon investigation, we found that the Depreciation End Date and Last Depreciation Date are mismatched based on Answer IDs 1014013, 83769, and 19418. We attempted to update these dates manually and via CSV import, but the system did not reflect the changes in the reports.

Howdy, Stranger!
