NetSuite2.com Note table - where's the old data?

Hello,

I am trying to convert SQL queries to NetSUite2.com but have run into issues with note table. We used to get info out of notes_user table. According to the NS_to_NS2.xlsx spreadsheet the new table is note. Problem is most of the columns are missing from that table and I have not found them anywhere else. Where are the author_id, comments, name, time_entered, isinactive and note_type columns? Currently looking for this info for items but will need for others as well. Excel sheet is lacking in a lot of info.
