Current Inventory Snapshot - Show Item's Cost Category

We have a customized Current Inventory Snapshot report and want to further customize by adding the Item's Cost Category for information and grouping. We are using Standard Costing method, so Cost Category field is set for all items with inventory.

I cannot find the Cost Category field in the list of Fields to add.

Appreciate any guidance on this question, thank you
