Bulk Fulfill doesn't generate shipping labels from ZP505 or ZP450?

3 out of 4 of our colleagues are unable to bulk fulfill where the shipping labels starts generating.

For the only colleague that was able to get the thermal printer running, she has to refresh her screen multiple times.

The 3 of us have tried the same method to no avail.

How do we bulk fulfill where the thermal printer starts generating shipping labels?
