Bundle isn't working. Supplier is asking for $ to fix it. Is this correct?
I thought bundles were meant to be secure. Instead this bundle I have installed has a client script and a user event script running that both target an invoice.
The client script works correctly, but then for some reason the user event script is overwriting values that the CS script set using incorrect values.
The bundle is locked, so I can't investigate the scripts further or correct the issue. We paid for this bundle during implementation I'm assuming, so shouldn't it be working? Why should I have to pay to fix something that was paid for to begin with?
