NSC | Item is not showing in Inventory Adjustment list
Scenario:
A User is attempting to perform an Inventory Adjustment for a specific item, but encounters an issue as the item is missing from the dropdown list.
Solution:
One of the first things that the user can check is if the item is set to Inactive. To check if the item is inactive or not:
- View the Item Record
- Go to the System Notes tab
- Check if the Inactive checkbox is marked
Note: If the item uses a custom form, the field might be located in another tab.
If the item is set to Inactive, it will not appear in lists or transactions. To be able to use the item in transactions:
