Workflow Works via Transactions Menu but Not from Customer Record
Hi All,
I have created a workflow to set the "To Be E-mailed" recipient on a transaction (like a Sales Order or Invoice) using a custom email field, instead of the default company email. It works fine when I create the transaction from the Transactions menu.
But when I create the same transaction using the "Create New" option from the Customer record, it takes the Company Email instead of the email from my custom field.
Can we make sure the workflow uses the custom email, no matter where the transaction is created?
