Automatic Email Reminder for Overdue Balances
Hi All
Our client would like to set a recurring schedule to send a reminder email to overdue customers.
We are trying to follow the steps in Suite Answer 64676 but are not able to proceed with step 6 Select Customer/Project Fields? There is no Customer/Project Fields in the Drop Down Lists at all?
Please help provide the correct steps for Suite Answer 64676 released 2 Jan 2024.
