${access.passwordSetupURL} tag doesn't use our domain which is confusing customers
The System Template for the User Access Email uses a tag which creates a link for the receiver to create their passwords. This is the ${access.passwordSetupURL} tag, which creates a NetSuite URL. Not a URL using our store domain.
This creates a couple of problems.
- It is confusing for customers as it looks like they are creating a password on a website they aren't familiar with. In today's hacking climate, the last thing we want to do is create uncertainty in one of their first interactions with us. They have no idea why they are on netsuite.com creating a password for raglady.com.
