NSC | Customized Sales Order Form > Still not showing changes
Scenario:
The user customized a Sales Order form to display the Location column at the item line level, intending to track inventory more accurately when different items in the same order come from different locations. However, after saving the customized form, the location column still does not appear when creating a new Sales Order.
Solution:
This issue typically occurs when the customized form is not being applied during transaction entry. Here's what to check:
1. Ensure the Correct Form Is Selected
- Go to the Sales Order entry page.
- Look for the "Custom Form" field (usually near the top).
