Clarification on shopify connector order sync behavior and best practices
Hello,
Just wanted to ask- After an order has been synced to netsuite from shopfiy and some changes need to be made to the items or quantities; What is the expected behavior of the connector?
For example a customer places an order on shopify for 1 x red cup and this is synced to netsuite. A few days later a customer reaches out and changes their mind- they want a 2 x blue bottles.
If changes are only made on shopify, will the connector update an existing SO in netsuite? And what is the best practice from a workflow perspective for our service team? Currently they are making changes to both the shopify and netsuite side but there are human error mistakes and discrepancies arise.
