Saved Search > Send Email When Update Revenue Process Generate Errors
The process of updating revenue arrangements and plans is an essential step in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards. Revenue arrangements and plans are updated when changes occur in sources and when revenue is posted as recognized.
The administrator wants to know if it's feasible to set up a Saved Search that automatically notifies team members via email when errors occur during the 'Update Revenue Arrangements and Revenue Plans' process.
This automation could significantly reduce the need for manual reminders and ensure the finance team is promptly alerted of any issues.
