Save & Copy Action does not appear in the Vendor Credit

Hello all,

I would like to the make copy action to be available in Vendor Credits although it does not appear in the Actions tab when I customize a vendor credit from. Is there any way to add the Make Copy action available to Vendor Credits?

The Save & Copy Action is checked as show in the Vendor Credits (Screenshot). Although, it does not appear in the Vendor Credits either as menu or button.
