Why is the 'Template Category' mandatory when creating an email
Good day,
For an unknown reason the 'Template Category' is now mandatory when creating an email. We didn't switch anything on but it seems that netsuite has started doing this on it's own. We want this to be switched off. If you enter a message in the email column, but forget to select a template first and select one, the message entered is removed. So it's a very annoying functionality at the moment.
How can we make the template category not mandatory anymore?
