Netsuite sending duplicate emails/invoices to same person/email address
Hello: We are a small not-for-profit and send membership invoices to each member via email. The invoice record is now being created one-at-a-time for each of our several hundred members as I have not been able to determine how to automate this.
When invoices are generated, they are being sent twice to members. Here is an example of the two FROM email addresses that appear in the duplicate incoming emails that people are receiving:
