Editing the Advanced PDF/HTML Template for the standard payment voucher

Hello - I am looking to edit the Advanced PDF/HTML Template for the standard payment voucher so that the check is printed at the bottom, as opposed to current standard set up with check printed at the bottom. Can this be done and what is the best method for doing so?
