"Product" and "Module" on Case List
I just noticed 2 fields on the support case list in Netsuite CRM: "Product" and "Module." Based on the dropdown menu HTML, the record type for product is called Case_PRODUCT and for module is Case_MODULE.
These fields are not available when creating a form. I can't even find any pages on where to add or remove "Products" or "Modules"
Based on the REST API Browser, a case "Module" can be created using Setup > Issues > Products but I do not see that submenu on my account. I can create case issues, but those case issues have no subrecords.
I am an admin and can adjust roles so if there's something to be done on permissions I'd like to know that.
