Help with Custom Report to Pull Fields from Inventory Item Record

Hi !

I'm trying to create a custom report in NetSuite to pull specific fields from the Inventory Item record, such as Purchase Price, Average Cost, and Last Purchase Price. However, I'm not getting the correct values in the report — either the fields are blank or showing incorrect data.

Could someone please guide me on the correct report type or configuration needed to pull these fields accurately from the item record?
