Retrack button on approved timesheets
Hello all,
We are facing an issue below:
A timesheet is created and submitted by an employee and following, his/her approver approves the timesheet. Although after the approval of the timesheet, the employee would like to make a change or update the already submitted and approved timesheet.
We tried to retrack the approved timesheet but the “Retrack” button is greyed out and cannot be used, thus new entries needs to be added in the timesheet and the employee has to re-do it. Please note that the role we are using to retrack the timesheet is Administrator role but the “Retrack” button is still greyed out.
