cannot access/change base price discount schedule

We are using named price levels like 'Dealer Net' and 'OEM' that show in the Pricing tab on item records. However, we cannot access or edit the Price Level list or any discount %, even as the System Administrator. All attempts to navigate to the pricelevel.nl page or search the Price Level record type result in 'page not found'. Please confirm if these are system-defined price levels, and if so, assist in adjusting the associated discount percentages. I need to change the default discount and cannot find this anywhere! Even ChatGPT is bombing out! Thanks!
