One-sided Intercompany Transaction Posting

Hi,

This question is related to a question already posted and answered back in 2024 (link below). I have the same issue with my client, but the user only has access to view and post to her own subsidiary. This means that when she tries to select the partner subsidiary in the To Subsidiary field, she has no option to select. I tried to resolve this by ticking the Allow Cross-subsidiary viewing on the role, but didn't seem to work. What am I missing here? She is not posting anything to the other subsidiary so I do not see why the user cannot select another subsidiary in that field. Thanks!
