In FAM Asset Transfer user receive an error, I need assistance to resolve the error
Description:
User is attempting to perform Asset Transfer for one of his Asset FAM000326, but receive following error:
REDUCE_ERROR: You have entered an Invalid Field Value 1505 for the following field: custrecord_summary_chargeacc
Background:
Customer changed some asset accounts for his existing assets, both Primary & secondary.
I suspect that a hidden FAM table still preserve the OLD accounts which are now invalid, I am aware of a table called BG SUMMARY RECORDS which maintain 'Depreciation Charge Account'.
My questions would be:
1) How do I build save search to capture the data from BG SUMMARY RECORDS table solely for Asset FAM000326.
