What is the default item fulfillment print document template and how to change it?

Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out which print template is attached by default to the item fulfillment. I'm not aware of anyone changing it, so I believe it is the default one. Based on what I can find, it should be the packing slip template, but I've checked those across Advanced PDF/HTML Templates, Custom PDF Layouts & Custom HTML Layouts, but none of the changes I make to the 'preferred layout' effect the print template.

Ideally, I'd like this to be an Advanced PDF/HTML Template so I can make advanced layout and data changes to the template, like our current Cash Sale one, so if someone could advise on that as well, that would be great.
