Dropship PO Fields Don't Match Sales Order

Hey fellow gurus,

When we create a Sales Order and Dropship PO via CSV we set the Memo, Department, and Location. However, when the system automatically creates the Dropship PO the Memo, Department, and Location are dropped or reset to another option.

What's the best solution to correct this so the Sales Order and Purchase Order match?
