Smart Count, Item counted but not submitted, what's happening?
Hi all,
I'm trying to do a spot count with smart count on a particular item.
If I count the item in bin 431 which is a bin according to the inventory detail that it exists in, the count goes through just fine, an inventory adjustment is created to reflect this stock change.
We have approvals turned automatic as long as it's under the variance limit which is currently £10,000 so it shouldn't be affecting this.
If I count the item in bin 43, which it does not exist in already then the count appears to submit with no issue. However, this time no inventory adjustment is created, I also don't see anything in the smart count dashboard about the count awaiting approval.
