Subscription line was terminated but the revenue plan didn't zero out

Hi,

Subscription line item was terminated effective on 01/10/2025 in the UI on 25/09/2025 2:01 pm.

The Revenue Plan did not zero out - so we have had to mark it as completed.

Why would this happen?

Please advise.
