Global e-invoicing

Hi everyone,

We’re currently exploring e-invoicing solutions to integrate with NetSuite and would love to hear from anyone who has implemented or evaluated e-invoicing providers — especially for multi-region operations.

Our company operates across the U.S., Canada, EU, Australia, Vietnam, Malaysia, France and Germany (where e-invoicing is or will soon become mandatory). We’re evaluating options that can handle both entity-based and non-entity invoicing obligations, and integrate smoothly via API with NetSuite.

If you’ve gone through this journey, I’d really appreciate your insights:

  • Which vendor(s) did you use (e.g., Vertex, Avalara, etc?)
  • How well did the integration with NetSuite go — any challenges?
