NetSuite Admin Tip | Resolving "Advance to Apply" Flickering on Custom Expense Report Forms
A smooth user experience is vital for an effective workflow, especially when allocating expenses or advances. Sometimes, when users attempt to interact with the "Advance to Apply" option in the custom expense report form, the fields may flicker between "Purpose" and "Advance to Apply," making it impossible to complete the process. Swift action minimizes operational disruptions.
Solution:
To resolve field flickering issues, ensure the Account field is displayed on the custom form:
- Navigate to Transactions > Employees > Enter Expense Report
- Hover on Customize > Customize Form
or - Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms
- Click Edit on affected Custom Expense Report Form
