Posting Year not Updated?
I'm brand new to NetSuite. I'm trying to enter some expenses (write checks), and the posting year is defaulting to Jan 2023. No dropdown for Jan 2026 exists. Tried to enter a help ticket, and was informed that I'm not an 'authorized contact', which isn't correct. AND, although we're listed as having basic support with the ability to call for help, I get a message saying no phone help is authorized. Totally stuck here. Can't reach ANYBODY for help. How do I get the Posting Period to reflect that we are in 2026? Is this something
