How to create Edit/Inactive Non Inventory Items

Hi All,

Our user request is user logistic create non inventory items but don't know the chart of account so they will leave it default but instead notification via email or chat, they want some notify or reminder stated that there is a new item created and need user accounting to complete the right chart of account.

What is the workaround for this ?
