Revenue Plans are not being created because of this error

When I run Update Revenue Plans I see this error:

The revenue plan end date must be after the beginning of the first planned period without recognized revenue.

The element start and end dates are 12/1/2025 - 11/30/2026

Any suggestions are much appreciated.
