Add a Custom Subtab on Subscription

Is it possible to add a custom subtab on Subscription Form?

I tried adding a new subtab but it doesn't show on the Subscription.

This is my Subscription form

I created a new subtab and tried the type Transaction and Entity but it still doesn't show.
