Does anyone know of a Netsuite partner that has set up NSAR for end users?

We added NSAR at our last contract negotiation, thinking we could probably get it working ourselves. This did not turn out to be the case. We requested a SOW from Netsuite Professional Services to set it up, their quote came in far above our budget, so we are looking for a Partner who has done a setup on this add-on, specific experience only. So far I have not found anyone who has had hands on it. Great thanks,
